Description

After the capital Muscat, about 200 kilometres to its south, Sohar is the Sultanate of Oman's most-developed city. It is an ancient capital of Oman. Traditionally, Sohar was a sailing and fishing town, but, following the development of the Sohar Industrial Port during the 2000s, is now regarded as Oman's industrial hub.

This project was designed to accommodate the employees/workers of the vast industrial development, which included bachelors’ accommodation, family accommodation and their amenities. This lively community will provide livable and functional mix of residential neighborhoods, commercial space with retails, cafes, laundries, gym and mosque. Open spaces for sports facility like football, badminton, and basketball scattered around different pieces of lands connected through meandering water bodies and landscape pockets.

The zoning is done based on the category of people and the requirements. Adequate parking facility and bus bays and various points are provided.

Visually appealing outdoor and indoor facilities, open spaces and landscaped features complete the community, enriching the experience for its occupiers, visitors and surrounding environment.
